Shipping & Delivery

We use Australia Post for our shipping. You can track all your orders here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Please allow us 48 hours to pick, configure and ship your device. Once your device ships you will get a shipping email with tracking information.

For items with 'express' shipping, your order will be placed into an Aus post yellow express satchel. This service does not put your order in front of other orders or guarantee same day picking.

Normal express post shipping is 1-3 days (metro only)

We will try to get the order picked and shipped as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee delivery times as all courier companies have delays that are out of our control.

Occassionaly there may be major delays due to global shipping issues out of our control such a pandemics, terrorism, natural disasters and so on. In these circumstances we will do our best to inform you of the delayed shipment time.

We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.

  • The estimate above does not include picking time - we need uo to two business days for picking.
    1. How much is shipping?

      Nothing its free! We cover these costs for you. If you purchase 'express' shipping you will receive a yellow Aus post satchel. That is what you are buying.

    2. Can I track my order?

      We rely on Australia post to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

    3. Where does my order ship from?

      Our stock ships from metropolitan Melbourne.
